Insurance Claims

If you have been injured in an accident or through someone else’s negligence you need an aggressive and knowledgeable Injury attorney in your corner. Do not fight the insurance company alone. They know that a person who is not an attorney does not have the knowledge or ability to take on the resources of their company. Their adjusters will try and minimize the insurance company’s exposure, and thereby the compensation paid for your injuries and/or damages.

When you purchase an insurance policy, that policy is a contract between you and the insurance company. Your insurance company has a duty to you to act in good faith. In other words, by you agreeing to the policy and paying the premiums, the insurance company agrees to cover you when you have a valid claim. If your insurance company fails to pay you on a valid claim, they are in breach of their contract.
